The ringside experience is gritty. It's athletic. It's tough. We do all of the conditioning work, strength training, the cardio drills, the footwork, the shadow boxing, basically all the moves that a boxer would do to prepare for the match in the ring.
We have the four basic punches that we use, just like a boxer. A jab, a cross, a hook, and an uppercut. We teach you how to punch well.
So you're going to get great instruction. Do a little jump rope, and do some cardio drills, strength. We've got some empowering moves. Even just shadow boxing tends to make people feel really strong. The cool talking about ringside, is every fitness level can do it.
There's a lot of research behind what moves boxers do, and we've infused that into this entire Ringside experience. You're going to feel empowered and strong, and just like a prizefighter.
