An adult membership at Life Time Paradise Valley starts at $329/month. You can add family members to your membership, and your total monthly rate will adjust based on who you include and how they qualify under our membership guidelines.

Every membership is month-to-month—there’s no annual contract or long-term commitment.

No long-term contract — Life Time memberships are billed month-to-month, with just 30 days' notice to cancel. You stay because it works for your life, not because you're locked in.
