Public Improvement Fee Disclosure

Purchases made in the Fifty (50) Acre Ravaudage Planned Development (PD) within the City of Winter Park are subject to a 1% Public User Fee (PUF) on all revenues that are subject to FL sales tax. The fees are used towards, but are not limited to, planning, designing, engineering, and construction of common elements and infrastructure for the Ravaudage Planned Development.  For more information, contact the Ravaudage Community Association, Inc at (407) 644-3151.
