How do I view class schedules?
You can find a group fitness schedule by visiting the Classes page.
What classes are included with membership?
All studio and yoga classes are included in your membership. Additional fees apply to TEAM training and Reformer Pilates classes.
Which areas of the club are open to non-members?
Non-Members have access to our LifeCafe and LifeSpa. All other programs and amenities do require a membership at Life Time.
What are your guest policies?
You can request a guest pass here. The pass is good for 1 day at select Life Time locations. Primary guest must be at least 18 years old, and an area resident where the Club is located. Limit 1 Pass per individual, couple, family living in the same residence per 6 month period. Pass not valid for people who have been members in the last 12 months. Online requests must be activated within 72 hours of request. Guest registration, tour with an Account Manager and photo ID required. Guest's children ages 3 months to 11 years old have access to 2 hours free kids play in the Child Center, where available. Pass is subject to club policies and may be limited to non-peak usage and may exclude the use of the outdoor pools. Discount cannot be combined with other discounts or offers. Pass is non-transferrable and has no cash value. Pass not available at all locations.
What is an Onboarding Session?
It is a one hour personal training session based on your needs and goals which includes a 30min workout and provides you with a 30day workout plan.
How do I apply for a job with Life Time?

How long can my child be in Kids Academy?
As a junior member, your child (age 3mon-11yrs old) will have access to the Kids Academy for up to 2 hours each day (3 hours at some locations) while you use the club.
Can I leave the club while my child is checked into the Kids Academy?
Members must remain onsite while their child(ren) are checked into Kids Academy or participating in programming outside of Camps.

Do I need to be a member to enroll in swim lessons?
Yes. You would need to be a member to participate in programming available at the club.

I heard a club is opening near me, where can I get more information?
We are continually pursuing the ability to establish additional Life Time destinations. See Coming Soon Clubs. If the location you're interested in is not listed, keep an eye on our website as we will add new locations regularly.
Who can be on my family membership?
Two adults age 18 or older who can show proof of cohabitation (driver’s license, utility bill, lease, mortgage, etc.) can be on a Couple or Family membership. A parent or legal guardian can add a dependent child ages 3 months to 22 years old upon payment of applicable add-on and service fees, in addition to monthly dues for each added dependent.
What are LT BUCK$?
LT BUCK$ are Life Time currency that can be used towards any Life Time service available in the LT BUCK$ Store. LT BUCK$ can also be used on select products and services in the Life Time Health Store. Read more about LT BUCK$ here.
Do I have to sign a contract?
You would sign a general terms agreement with Life Time to become a member. The terms of the agreement are based on the type of membership purchased. We offer Month to Month memberships at all club locations and annual memberships at select locations.
Does my company offer corporate discounts?
Life Time partners with a number of companies across the country. Please contact your HR department to determine partnership/eligibility. To learn more about setting up a partnership visit Life Time Total Health.
What's your cancelation policy for Annual memberships?
Annual members may cancel due to relocation or disability with provided proof.
What's your cancelation policy for Month to Month?
The cancelation policy varies based on membership type. Life Time offers a variety of options to put your membership on hold, for more information speak with an account manager at the club.
Would I be able to place my membership on hold?
Month to month memberships can be put on hold. Service fees and monthly on hold dues apply.
Annual memberships do not have the ability to go on hold during the initial 12 month agreement. After 12 months have been completed this membership will have the ability to be put on hold.
Medical or Military Freeze: With a note from your attending physician or a copy of your military orders, we can freeze your membership free of charge for a maximum of 12 months. No service fee or monthly dues apply for medical or military freeze.
Can I purchase access to specific amenities only?
We do not have amenity specific memberships available.
Do you offer trial memberships?
All new memberships receive a 7 day trial period (10 days in Canada).
