How do I view class schedules?

What classes are included with membership?
Life Time offers a variety of membership types customized to meet your needs. Studio, yoga and mat Pilates classes are included in most membership types. Reservations are required and easy to make via our website or member app. Our Signature Membership includes access to small-group training. Additional fees apply for Pilates sessions.
Which areas of the club are open to non-members?
Non-Members have access to our LifeCafe, LifeSpa, and LifeClinic.* All other programs and amenities do require a membership at Life Time.

Can I try out the club as a Guest?
You can request a guest pass here. Limit 1 pass per 60-day period. Primary guest must be at least 18 years old and an area resident where the Club is located. Guest registration and photo ID required. Pass is subject to club policies, may be limited to non-peak usage, excludes access to Group Fitness and Small Group Training and may exclude the use of the outdoor pools and/or basketball courts. Pass not valid at all locations. See club for details. Other exclusions may apply.
What is an Onboarding Session?
A one-hour personal training session based on your goals and includes a 30-minute workout and a 30-day workout plan.

How long can my child be in Kids Academy?
As a junior member, your child (age 3mon-11yrs old) will have access to the Kids Academy for up to 2 hours each day (3 hours at some locations) while you use the club.
How long can my child be in the Child Center/Kids Academy?
While you use the club, two hours of Child Center / Kids Academy access is available for infants 3-11 months and toddlers that aren’t confidently walking, and 2.5 hours for children 1 (must be confidently walking) through 11 years. Two hours of care is the maximum total time available in New Jersey clubs.
Can I leave the club while my child is checked into the Child Center/Kids Academy?
Members must remain onsite while their child(ren) are checked into the Child Center/Kids Academy or participating in programming outside of Camps.

Do I need to be a member to enroll in swim lessons?
Yes. Swim programming is reserved for members.

Who can be on my family membership?
Life Time memberships permit two members age 26 and older. You may add a Partner member who resides with you, as well as Junior or Secondary Member(s) (age 3 months to 25 years) for whom you or the Partner member are the parent or legal guardian. Adding members requires payment of applicable monthly dues per additional member and may require payment of an Additional Member Enrollment Fee, a Service Fee, and proof of cohabitation and or familial or guardianship documentation.
What are LT BUCK$?
LT BUCK$ are Life Time currency that can be used towards any Life Time service available in the LT BUCK$ Store. LT BUCK$ can also be used on select products and services in the Life Time Health Store. LT BUCK$ details
Do I have to sign a contract?
Life Time memberships are month-to-month with a 30-day notice required for cancellation. When joining, you will sign our General Terms Agreement acknowledging agreement to our dues payment and other terms of membership.
Does my company offer corporate discounts?
Life Time partners with a number of companies across the country. Please contact your HR department to determine partnership/eligibility. To learn more about setting up a partnership, visit Life Time Corporate Wellness.
Can I place my membership on hold?
You can put your membership on hold and stay connected to Life Time via our Digital membership. Placing your membership on hold allows you to avoid rejoining fees when you’re ready to access the club. Monthly dues of $15 apply.
Can I purchase access to specific amenities only?
We do not have amenity-specific memberships available
Do you offer trial memberships?
To ensure we are meeting your expectations when you get started with Life Time, we back all new memberships with a 7-day money back guarantee (10 days in Canada). If for any reason you decide Life Time is not the right fit for you in that first 7-day period, we will fully refund the amount you have paid.
