Kids attending Base and Tween Camps can choose two additional activities to enjoy each week — and now they’re included in the camp fee. Electives are chosen at registration, so sign up early to lock them in.
Arts and Crafts
Workouts are as important for the mind as they are for the body. We’ll help fuel their creativity with a variety of fun projects.
Explore the basics of all sorts of sports, including basketball, football and soccer. If kids can play it, we’ll explore it.
Let’s get technical. We offer unique, hands-on activities and demonstrations specially designed for budding engineers.
Campers will master physical and mental strength with breathing exercises, relaxation techniques and poses to increase flexibility.
Under the guidance of a highly trained instructor, kids will learn the fundamentals of rockwall climbing. For kids 5+.
In this hands-on class, kids are introduced to the world of coding by learning basic programming and problem-solving strategies.
Kids Studio Classes
Kid-friendly versions of our most popular adult classes: LifeBarre, SHRED, Yoga SOL, Ringside and Warrior Sculpt.
Young athletes will work with Performance Coaches to build the basics of movement while learning to control their bodies.

Rockwall Climbing Camp
Learn safe techniques for indoor rock climbing. We’ll focus on safety, harnessing, knot tying, top rope climbing and fun climbing activities. Groups are determined by age and skill level.
Sports Sampler Camp
Play ball — and more! Your little athlete will try a variety of sports and classic games, all while getting the benefits of sports conditioning and learning about sportsmanship.
Tennis and Swim Camp
Whether swinging their racquet on the court or splashing around in the pool, campers can enjoy two of their favorite activities in one fun-filled camp.
Rock and Swim Camp
When they’re not learning safe techniques for indoor rockwall climbing, they’ll be having a blast in the pool. Bring a swimsuit and sunscreen; we’ll provide towels, snacks, juice and water.
Ultimate Hoops provides a home court for kids looking to play for life. Led by top trainers, this action-packed basketball camp features fun skills drills and friendly competitive games.
Preschool Adventure Days
Campers will play games, make crafts and go on adventures based on daily themes. Preschoolers can work on their socialization and school skills in a fun and creative environment.
Kids must be active on Junior Membership to participate in Summer Camp. Registration is available by membership level.
