Medicare Memberships at Biltmore

We are excited to announce that Medicare memberships have renewed for the 2024 calendar year. Based on negotiations with your provider, the membership type available to you is our Limited Access Membership. The Limited Access Membership is available to everyone at a discounted rate, however due to the partnership through your Medicare plan, this program is at $0 cost to you with eligibility.

The Limited Access Membership gives you access to many club amenities, including workout floor, studio classes, relaxation space and more! The Limited Access Membership offers you
access to the club during the following hours:

• Monday through Friday: 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
• Saturday: 2:00 p.m. to close.
• Sunday: all open hours.
• Note: Members will have access to all ARORA Aqua classes at any time with a reservation. Arrival permitted 30 minutes prior to class start time.

To ensure your best experience at the club, your membership will include several amenities and services during these time frames, with a wide variety of studio classes, including ARORA programming, workout floor, relaxation spaces and more. ARORA social events, workshops and coffee club will also be offered during limited-access hours.

We also offer the option to upgrade to our Signature Membership, providing you full-hours access to the club and including additional benefits such as Signature Group Training, early registration for studio classes and ARORA programming, pickleball open play access, and more! The great news is that you will still receive a discount on this membership type with your Medicare partnership. The Signature upgrade cost varies by club; please see in-club Concierge at your nearest location for more details.

To enroll, start by verifying your eligibility with your health insurance provider. You can do this by calling the 1-800 number found on the back of your health insurance card. Once your eligibility is confirmed, your provider will give you a confirmation ID number. Bring both your confirmation ID number and your photo ID to Life Time, where our in-club Concierge team will assist you in starting your membership. Additionally, having a payment card registered on file with your Life Time membership is required. Please note, this card will only be charged by Life Time if you choose to link it to your club tab for purchases at LifeCafe, LifeSpa, or other in-club transactions.

Enrollment for Medicare programs is completed in club. Our Concierge team will be happy to assist you in getting your membership started with your confirmation ID number. Additionally, our team will assist you in getting your Life Time Digital app set up to maximize your Life Time membership.

2. Visit your preferred location and speak with a member of our Concierge team to add yourself to the waitlist. We will contact individuals on the waitlist when a membership spot becomes available.
