Public Improvement Fee Disclosure

All customers are hereby notified that transactions within Clear Creek Crossing are subject to a Retail Credit Public Improvement Fee in the amount of 1.5% and Retail Add-On Public Improvement Fee in the amount of 0.5% (total of 2%); a Lodging Credit Public Improvement Fee in the amount of 5% and a Lodging Add-On Public Improvement Fee in the amount of 0.5% (total of 5.5%); a Admissions Credit Public Improvement Fee in the amount of 2.5% and a Admissions Add-On Improvement Fee in the amount of 0.5% (total of 3%); and a Services Add-On Public Improvement Fee in the amount of 3% (collectively, the “PIFs” ), which will be added to the advertised price of all applicable transactions within Clear Creek Crossing. The PIFs are used to pay for public improvements in and surrounding the Clear Creek Crossing Development. The PIFs are NOT sales taxes, but they are part of the price of goods and services sold and must be paid as part of the price of all taxable sales transactions and applicable service transactions. Therefore, it becomes part of the overall cost of the sale and is subject to sales tax, where applicable.
