Target and strengthen your lower body with effective training techniques and a variety of equipment. In this one-time session, a certified Personal Trainer will walk you through the basics, then guide you through a lower body workout focused on building strength, balance, and power. Please note: This workshop is the same each time and is designed to be taken once. It’s a great way to experience expert coaching—and if you're interested in ongoing support or a personalized program, we’ll talk about how to take the next step after your session. Please meet at the Personal Training Desks at the top of the fitness floor.
