Kids will have the opportunity to choose what they want to do with the guidance of our Gym Games Guide. During these organized games led by an instructor, kids are guaranteed to burn off some energy while having fun. Children focus on cognitive, social & emotional, and language skills, through story time and calendar, as well as, hands on activities using manipulatives to learn toddler basics such as color and shape recognition. Classes and Activities are subject to change. Registration is encouraged but not required.

Infant reservations are required for children 3 months of age until the time that he or she is 11 months AND walking confidently. Reservations can be modified or canceled 2 hours before the reservation. Please contact the Kids Academy if adjustments need to be made after the registration window closes. In consideration of members on waitlists, 3 missed reservations in 30 days or less will temporarily suspend your ability to make a new infant reservation for 7 days. If providing a bottle, contents must be pre-mixed and labeled. Infants must have socks or shoes on their feet. Fun for kids. Easy for parents. Our skilled team members will keep your children engaged in a variety of play, tummy time and more while you enjoy your workout.

Full stats, video highlights, 24/7 media coverage, professional photography and games on Life Time’s professional-like courts, our players instantly feel like pros. Open to all skill levels, ages 18 years & up. Life Time membership required for all players. 8 regular season games with certified officials and single elimination playoffs. League winners will be honored with a championship wall banner. Register as a team or free agent. Minimum of 7 players required per team. All new players and teams are required to purchase the official league jersey.

Highly educated instructors curate specific, progressive programming for a small, similarly skilled group (3–6 participants) using a variety of Pilates apparatus.

Pace; Stillness. A slow, meditative, yin-yoga practice to create greater mobility in your joints while you mindfully stress your body's connective tissues and challenge the calmness of your mind. You will be guided through a sequence of yin poses as you concentrate on your breath.
