From our INSTRUCTOR

“Get comfortable with being uncomfortable.”

turn up the heat

a member’s perspective

"I passed by the instructor on my way to grab weights, and she asked me how my big meeting went. I told her it was great, but I'm so ready for today's class. This why l love it here."
“The lights go down. I settle into child's pose, and simply start to breathe. Within minutes, the stress of that meeting, the stress of the day...just fall away.”
"The music intensifies and the room gets brighter as we move through our first flow. I get that 'first cup of coffee' kind of energy. The real fun begins when we pick up the first set of weights and the burn kicks in."
“I'm bringing my focus back to my breath. I feel proud of what I've done here. Sure, there's a little love-hate, fight or flight going on during the workout, but I did it. I'm ready to take on whatever may come my way.”

Good to know

plank together

Studies show that planking with a partner or in a class produces a motivation gain that helps you hold them for longer than if you were alone.

get to know your sweat

Regular sweat is made up of water, salt and potassium, whereas stress sweat is all fatty acids and proteins, released by an entirely different gland.

Ongoing Exuberance

Just a few minutes of physical activity can have positive mood benefits that last far longer than your workout.

Our members say

“Everyone is really nice, there’s kindness, there’s gratitude, but the workout itself might make you whimper.”
