The ARORA Power Plate for Healthy Aging Workshop Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:01 a.m. CST on November 23, 2025, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CST on December 10, 2025 (“Sweepstakes Entry Period”). An individual may enter the Sweepstakes by (a) visiting the ARORA Power Plate for Healthy Aging Workshop Sweepstakes page,  (https://lifetime.life/lp/arora/powerplate), hyperlinked to the workshop sign up page and completing the Sweepstakes entry form and submitting an entry, by (b) scanning an ARORA Power Plate for Healthy Aging Workshop Sweepstakes brochure QR code at the workshop and completing and submitting an entry or (c) by submitting for free an entry form by following the ARORA Power Plate for Healthy Aging Workshop Sweepstakes hyperlink,  (https://lifetime.life/lp/arora/powerplate), and completing and submitting the Sweepstakes entry form (“Entry”). The date and time of your Entry is the date and time recorded upon your completion of the entry form constitutes the official time of your Entry for purposes of the Sweepstakes. Any Entries that are not posted, filled out or submitted correctly and completely may be disqualified. Any Entry, which in the sole opinion of Life Time® is deemed inappropriate in any way, is inconsistent with the theme or image of the Sweepstakes, violates the terms of these Official Rules in any way, may be rejected and result in disqualification.  Entries will only be accepted as noted above. All Entries become the property of Life Time® and will not be acknowledged or returned. Life Time® has the right, but not the duty, to disqualify and take down any Entry submitted in connection with this Sweepstakes that violates any terms herein in Life Time’s® sole discretion.  Life Time® may terminate the Sweepstakes at any time and without notice as permitted by law.

By submitting an Entry, you warrant and represent that you consent to the submission and use of the Entry in the Sweepstakes and to its use for the purposes set forth herein.  By submitting an Entry in the Sweepstakes, you acknowledge and agree that Sponsor may use your Entry (including, without limitation, any information or content included therein) for marketing and promotional purposes. Furthermore, by submitting an Entry in the Sweepstakes, you consent to being notified through your provided information in order to fulfill your prize and otherwise communicate with you in connection with your participation as otherwise described and permitted in these Official Rules. Any information provided under these Official Rules, including, without limitation, any information provided in connection with an Entry or participation in the Sweepstakes, shall be subject to the Life Time Terms of Use/Service and Privacy Policy/Notice posted on the applicable website.

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States, who are 18 years of age or older. Entrant must be a current Life Time club access member in good standing during the entire Sweepstakes Entry Period, or an eligible individual who entered through the free ARORA Power Plate for Healthy Aging Workshop Sweepstakes hyperlink, (https://lifetime.life/lp/arora/powerplate), as described above during the Sweepstakes Entry Period (“Entrant”). Eligible Entrant’s, immediate families (parent, child, sibling & spouse and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same households as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Employees of Life Time or its subsidiaries and affiliates, or spouses of employees of Life Time and its subsidiaries and affiliates are not eligible to register or win. Additionally, if you were an employee (or spouse of an employee) of Life Time (or subsidiary or affiliate) within the sixty (60) days prior to the Sweepstakes start date, you are not eligible to register or win. Employees of Performance Health Systems LLC and other prize providers, and their subsidiaries or affiliates are not eligible to register or win. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law, and is subject to applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations. Entrants are limited to one (1) Sweepstakes Entry for the Sweepstakes Entry Period. Mechanically altered or reproduced entries are not eligible.

Any eligible individual who enters the Sweepstakes will be entered into a random drawing which will be performed on or about 12/15/2025 to select three (3) Prize winners. Subject to the eligibility requirements of these ARORA Power Plate for Healthy Aging Workshop Sweepstakes Official Rules and all other applicable conditions of these ARORA Power Plate for Healthy Aging Workshop Sweepstakes Official Rules, the person(s) whose name is drawn will be awarded the Prize. Entrants need not be present to win. By entering the Sweepstakes, you consent to being notified publicly through the entrant’s email address or telephone number, as applicable, from Life Time. If any winner fails to respond to notification within five (5) business days, the Prize will be forfeit and another winner will be randomly selected.

The odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received.

Sweepstakes Prize (collectively, “Prize”)

• One (1) Personal Power Plate (ARV $1,895.00)

TOTAL PRIZE: ARV $1,895.00.

Prize Restrictions: Limit of one (1) ARORA Power Plate for Healthy Aging Workshop Sweepstakes Prize per person/per household/per calendar year. Prizes will be awarded only upon winner redemption, confirmation, verification, and final approval by Sponsor, consistent with these Official Rules as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winners will be notified on or about 12/15/2025.  If any winner fails to respond to the notification within five (5) business days, the Prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be randomly selected.  Life Time will ship the Prize to the winner at an address provided by the winner.  Prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, unused balances will be forfeited, provided as is, and subject to all other terms and conditions of Life Time. Winner shall be solely responsible for, including without limitation, all other fees, taxes, surcharges, or any other incidental costs.

By entering the Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees to follow and be subject to these Official Rules. Before receiving the Prize, winners may be required to provide valid photo identification featuring his or her name and address as it appeared on the Entry supplied, as applicable, and provide proof of proper age and residency. Winner(s) and Entrant(s)  acknowledge that there are risks associated with participation in the Sweepstakes and receipt and use of any Prize, as applicable, and agree to (a) release Life Time, Inc. and its range of subsidiaries, directors, agents, agencies, affiliates, promoters, officers, directors, employees and related persons (“Life Time”) and prize suppliers, as applicable, from any and all liability related to the Sweepstakes and the receipt and use of the Prize, as applicable, and (b) grants Life Time and prize providers, the right to publish, reproduce, distribute, share, post, broadcast and/or otherwise use Social Media Post(s) and other content, the winner’s name, city/state, photograph(s), voice, testimonial, approved biographical information, or other likeness and/or other provided information or personal exposition (and/or any edited portion thereof) for promotional, advertising and/or publicity purposes in any media, now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without compensation or consideration or notice to, or further consent of, the entrant or winner to the extent permitted by law.  As a condition of receiving the Prize, Winner may be required to sign and return a notarized affidavit of eligibility and release supplied by Life Time.  Failure to do so will result in disqualification, forfeiture of prize and selection of an alternate winner. 

You acknowledge that there are risks associated with your participation in the Sweepstakes and receipt of any Prize, if applicable. By entering the Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees to follow these Official Rules and to release, discharge, and hold harmless Life Time and prize provider(s), and their affiliates, subsidiaries, and agents, together with the present and future officers, agents, employees and representatives of each of them, from any and all responsibility or liability whatsoever, including but not limited to, for any property loss, damage, illness, personal injury, or death, in connection with the receipt or use of the Prize, as applicable, and/or any person’s participation in the Sweepstakes. To the extent that the Entrant utilizes any third-party, including but not limited to, their products, services, websites, apps, or social media platforms in connection with the Sweepstakes, the Entrant agrees to comply with all applicable terms and conditions of any agreement and/or terms, and/or product and/or service description, for their use. Entrant understands and agrees that Life Time is not responsible for their use of or access to any third-party products, services, websites, apps or social media platforms.

All interpretations of these Official Rules shall be made by Sponsor, whose decisions and interpretations shall be final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend this Sweepstakes or any part of this Sweepstakes for any reason as permitted by law. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it reasonably suspects or believes to be acting in violation of these Official Rules. Sponsor shall not be responsible for lost, incomplete, misdirected, misdelivered, misplaced, stolen, illegible, mutilated, or defaced Entries or for Entries that are not received by Sponsor for any reason. Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant(s) or Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Minnesota, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Minnesota. In addition, any dispute relating to the Sweepstakes (including these Official Rules) shall be brought in the appropriate state or federal court having jurisdiction over the subject matter located in Hennepin County, State of Minnesota. Entrants hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of said courts and waive any claim of forum non-conveniens or lack of personal jurisdiction that they may have.

To request a list of Sweepstakes winners, submit your request in writing by 12/31/2026, to Life Time, ARORA Power Plate for Healthy Aging Workshop Sweepstakes, 2902 Corporate Place, Chanhassen, MN 55317. By entering Sweepstakes, you hereby consent to the use and disclosure of your information (including, without limitation, your full name) in connection with Sponsor responding to any request for a list of Sweepstakes winner.
