2026 Life Time® 60XT Challenge Official Rules (“Official Rules”)

1. Entry and Eligibility to Win. The 2026 Life Time® 60XT Challenge (“60XT”) skill contest begins at 12:00:01 a.m. on March 30, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. on May 28, 2026 (“Promotion Period”), and is exclusive to Life Time club access members only. To enter the 60XT, you must complete a registration form either online or at a participating Life Time facility (the “Club”) between March 2, 2026 and April 6, 2026 and pay the 60XT programming fee which covers the cost of services provided to you and administration of the 60XT (“Entry”). The 60XT is open to Life Time club access members who are legal residents of the United States or Ontario, Canada (excluding Quebec) who have obtained the age of eighteen (18)(or the age of majority under applicable law) by March 30, 2026. Employees of Life Time or its subsidiaries and affiliates, or spouses of employees of Life Time and its subsidiaries and affiliates are not eligible to register or win. Current employees of Life Time may register for the Team Member 60XT, “TM 60XT.” Additionally, if you were an employee (or spouse of an employee) of Life Time (or subsidiary or affiliate) within the sixty (60) days prior to the 60XT start date, you are not eligible to register or win. Employees of LSKD, Ten Thousand, NOBULL, Oakley, Hyperice, Aion, Haelo, InBody, Garmin, Ultrahuman, Shokz, Powerplate, Cutco, SaunaBox andother prize providers, and their subsidiaries or affiliates are not eligible to register or win. The 60XT is void where prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations. If you are pregnant before, or become pregnant during the 60XT, you are not eligible to submit an Entry and/or win, but you may receive entry into another 60XT. Any bodily change due to pregnancy, having a baby, or undergoing a surgery or other medical procedure will be disqualifying and your Entry will be rejected and/or terminated, you will not be eligible to win, and your Entry fee will not be refunded unless authorized by Life Time in its sole discretion or is required by law.

2. Photo and Essay Submission: To be considered for one of the Grand Prize Packs or Finalist Runner-up Prize Packs, you must submit through a digital form emailed to you (https://form.jotform.com/253225289673162) a total of six (6) photos and (as described below) between May 29, 2026 and 11:59 pm CST on June 1, 2026. In no event will submissions be accepted after 11:59 pm CST on June 1, 2026. Only one (1) Entry per participant will be accepted and reviewed.

To enter and receive full points for your photographs, you must submit three (3) recent “before” photographs and four (3) “after” photographs using the following instructions:

The “before” and “after” photos should each include one front body and head view, one back body view and one side profile view. The “before” photos and the “after” photos should be similar poses. Do not take pictures in Life Time facility restrooms or locker rooms or any other area assumed to be or specifically designated as a private space in Life Time’s Guest & Club Policies. Photos should only be of the Entrant and not include any other person in the background. Though not required, for best results the photographs should be full body to show full change. You should also be in a bathing suit or similar clothing to be eligible to receive maximum points. Life Time reserves the right to request resubmission of one or more of the “before” or “after” photographs or request additional images. Any entries submitted by someone other than you or professionally produced or enhanced will be rejected. Do not send “before” photos prior to May 29, 2026; Clubs and the 60XT team are not responsible for managing or holding photos before submission. All photos (both “before” and “after”) and essay should be sent together between May 29, 2026, and 11:59 pm CST June 1, 2026.

You will also be required to submit an essay that describes your healthy way of life journey to be eligible to win one of the Grand Prize Packs or Finalist Runner-up Prize Packs. The essay should explain your goals during the 60XT, how Life Time helped you achieve your results—including Life Time facilities, services, programming and/or 60XT components —how your lifestyle changed, and how you plan to maintain these changes. The essay should focus primarily on your time during the 60XT. The essay must be a minimum of 2,500 characters and is limited to 5,000 characters (“60XT Essay”). If the 60XT Essay exceeds 5,000 characters, only the first 5,000 characters will be read and used by Life Time. Life Time reserves the right to redact portions of any essay before publishing. Please do not use other brand or trade names in your essay because they will not be printed. 

3. Requirements of Entries. By submitting an Entry, you warrant and represent that you consent to the submission and use of the Entry in the 60XT and to its use for the purposes set forth herein. In addition, by submitting an Entry in the 60XT, you consent to being notified through your provided information in order to fulfill your Grand Prize and otherwise communicate with you in connection with your participation, including but not limited to, educational coaching content, program information and criteria submission, and as otherwise described and permitted in these Official Rules. Any information provided under these Official Rules, including, without limitation, any information provided in connection with an Entry or participation in the 60XT, shall be subject to the Life Time Terms of Use/Service and Privacy Policy and the Digital Membership Terms (applicable to access members for whom a Life Time Digital membership is included) posted on the applicable website.

4. Judging and Winners. Entrants’ photos and 60XT Essay may be submitted between May 29, 2026 and 11:59 pm CST on June 1, 2026 CST through a digital form emailed to them (https://form.jotform.com/253225289673162). Grand-Prize winners and Finalist Runner-up winners are determined by the following weighted criteria: overall change shown in “before” and “after” photos (50%); 60XT Essay (50%). Five (5) Grand-Prize winners and five (5) Finalist Runner-up winners in the 60XT will be determined based on a judging panel from Life Time consistent with the criteria above in Section 2. The top ten 60XT Entrants getting the most points from these criteria will win prizes based on their point total.  Entrants with the top five point totals will be the Grand Prize winners (“Grand Prize Winners”).  Entrants with the 6^th to 10^th best point totals will be the Finalist Runner-up Winners (“Finalist Runner-up Winners”). The five (5) 60XT Grand Prize winners and five (5) Finalist Runner-up winners should be announced on or about June 26, 2026, on https://my.lifetime.life/clubs.go/services/weightloss.html?programid=80639a69-89b6-46d0-bc95-24dbfbed6e84, however, all dates and times for announcing winners are approximate and may be extended in Life Time’s sole discretion. In the event of a tie, the winner will be chosen by a timed burpee skill contest with the winner completing the most burpees in one minute. All Entries become property of Life Time and will not be returned or shared, except as otherwise described and permitted herein. Actual pounds lost do not determine overall winners. Scoring methodology and selection of Grand-Prize finalists and winners are confidential and determined by Life Time in its sole discretion.

LIFE TIME HAS THE RIGHT TO SUBSTITUTE THE PRIZE OFFERED FOR A PRIZE OF EQUAL OR GREATER VALUE.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, not redeemable for cash (as applicable), unused balances will be forfeited, provided as is, provided without any express or implied warranty of any kind, and subject to all other terms and conditions. Winner shall solely be responsible for, including without limitation, all other fees, taxes, surcharges, miscellaneous hotel expenses, gratuities, and any other costs and expenses associated with Grand Prize Pack or Finalist Runner-up Prize Pack, as applicable, and acceptance and use not listed herein as part of the Grand Prize Pack or Finalist Runner-up Prize Pack, or any other incidental costs. Applicable state, provincial and/or local taxes and other restrictions may apply. Grand-Prize Winners and Finalist Runner-up Winners will also be required to execute an Affidavit and Publicity Release (Unless otherwise prohibited by law) and a W-9 (if applicable) or other applicable tax reporting document within fourteen (14) days of notification or Grand Prize Pack or Finalist Runner-up Prize Pack, as applicable, will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be chosen. An unclaimed Grand Prize Pack or Finalist Runner-up Prize Pack may not be awarded in the event: (a) potential winner cannot be reached for whatever reason after a reasonable effort has been exerted based on the information stated in the Entry form, (b) of noncompliance with the above or within any of the aforesaid time periods, (c) potential winner is found to be ineligible to enter the 60XT or receive the Grand Prize Pack or Finalist Runner-up Prize Pack, (d) potential winner cannot or does not comply with the Official Rules, (e) potential winner's Grand Prize or Finalist Runner-up Prize, as applicable, notification or Affidavit is returned as undeliverable for whatever reason, or (f) potential winner fails to fulfill the Affidavit-related obligations, the potential winner shall be disqualified from the 60XT and an alternate potential winner will be selected, at Life Time's sole discretion, from among the other eligible entries received.

6. ODDS. THE ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND UPON THE NUMBER OF ENTRIES RECEIVED. IN THE 2025 LIFE TIME 60XT CHALLENGE, .04% OF TOTAL ENTRANTS WON A PRIZE. .4% WHO SUBMITTED PHOTOS AND AN ESSAY IN THIS SAME CONTEST WON A PRIZE.

7. Winner Affidavit and Release. Winners will be required to provide “before” and “after” photographs to Life Time to be used for promotional and marketing purposes to the extent permitted by law. Before receiving the Grand Prize Pack or Finalist Runner-up Prize Pack, as applicable, and as a condition of receiving the Grand Prize Pack or Finalist Runner-up Prize Pack, as applicable, winners may be required to provide valid photo identification featuring his or her name and address as it appeared on the Entry supplied, provide proof of proper age and residency, and sign an affidavit of eligibility and release supplied by Life Time which, among other disclaimers: (a) releases Life Time, Inc. and its range of subsidiaries, directors, agents, agencies, affiliates, promoters, officers, directors, employees, and related persons (“Life Time” or “Life Time Fitness”) and Prize Suppliers (including LSKD, Ten Thousand, NOBULL, Oakley, Hyperice, Aion, Haelo, InBody, Garmin, Ultrahuman, Shokz, Powerplate, Cutco, SaunaBox) from any and all liability related to the 60XT and the receipt and use of the Grand Prize Pack or Finalist Runner-up Prize Pack, as applicable, and (b) grants Life Time, LSKD, Ten Thousand, NOBULL, Oakley, Hyperice, Aion, Haelo, InBody, Garmin, Ultrahuman, Shokz, Powerplate, Cutco and SaunaBox the right to publish the winner’s name, city/state, photograph(s), voice, testimonial, approved biographical information, or other likeness and/or Grand Prize Pack and Finalist Runner-up Prize Pack information or personal exposition (and/or any edited portion thereof) for promotional, advertising and/or publicity purposes in any media, now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without compensation or notice to, or further consent of, the winner to the extent permitted by law.  As a condition of receiving the Grand Prize Pack or Finalist Runner-up Prize Pack, as applicable, any guest of Grand Prize Pack or Finalist Runner-up Prize Pack winner, as applicable, may be required to sign a similar release or other forms.

8. Assumption of Risk, Waiver of Liability, and Indemnification. You acknowledge that there are risks associated with your participation in the 60XT and receipt of any prize, if applicable, and you agree that the terms of your General Terms Agreement, Member Usage Agreement and your Digital Membership Terms apply to your participation, including but not limited to the Consent to Receive Electronic Communications, Assumption of Risk, Release of Liability, and Indemnification provisions and a binding Arbitration Agreement with Class Action Waiver. Life Time memberships are continuous service memberships that continue until the member cancels. By entering the 60XT, each participant agrees to follow these Official Rules and to release, discharge, and hold harmless Life Time, LSKD, Ten Thousand, NOBULL, Oakley, Hyperice, Aion, Haelo, InBody, Garmin, Ultrahuman, Shokz, Powerplate, Cutco, SaunaBox and their affiliates, subsidiaries, and agents, together with the present and future officers, agents, employees and representatives of each of them, from any and all responsibility or liability whatsoever for any property or information theft, loss, damage, illness, personal injury, or death, in connection with the Grand Prize Pack or Finalist Runner-up Prize Pack, as applicable, and/or any person’s participation in the 60XT. To the extent that the entrant utilizes any other third-party products and/or services in connection with the entrant’s use of 60XT’s and/or LSKD, Ten Thousand, NOBULL, Oakley, Hyperice, Aion, Haelo, InBody, Garmin, Ultrahuman, Shokz, Powerplate, Cutco, SaunaBox products and/or services, the entrant agrees to comply with all applicable terms or conditions of any agreement for such third-party products and/or services.

9. No Guaranty of Weight Loss or Body Transformation. Individual weight loss results vary and participation in the 60XT does not guarantee weight loss. Factors such as diet and genetic makeup, overall health, or physiological differences may influence weight loss. Please consult with your physician before beginning any new nutrition or exercise program.

10. Non-participating Club. Not all Life Time Clubs are participating in the 60XT. See your Club for details.

11. General. No entrant shall use any artificial or inappropriate means of weight loss or alteration in body composition in order to win the 60XT including but not limited to, liposuction, weight loss surgery or other similar procedures. All interpretations of these Official Rules shall be made by Life Time, whose decisions and interpretations shall be final and binding. Life Time reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend this 60XT or any part of this 60XT for any reason. Life Time reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it reasonably suspects or believes to be tampering with the Entry process, any part of the 60XT itself, or the award mechanism by any means or suspected to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other term or condition of the 60XT set by Life Time. If Life Time determines, in its sole discretion, that unforeseen events have compromised the integrity or viability of the 60XT, Life Time reserves the right to void the entries at issue, and/or terminate the relevant portion of the 60XT, including the entire 60XT, and/or modify the 60XT. Life Time shall not be responsible for lost, incomplete or late entries, weigh-ins/body composition measurements or for any entries or weigh-ins/composition measurements/essays/photos that are not received by Life Time by the applicable deadline for any reason whatsoever.

12. Sponsor and Winner List. The sponsor is Life Time, 2902 Corporate Place, Chanhassen, MN 55317. To receive a notification of the 60XT winners, please submit your request in writing by June 1, 2026, to Life Time, 2902 Corporate Place, Chanhassen, MN 55317, Attn: Winner List 60XT. Entrants acknowledge and agree that LSKD’s, Ten Thousand’s, NOBULL’s, Oakley’s, Hyperice’s, Aion’s, Haelo’s, InBody’s, Garmin’s, Ultrahuman’s, Shokz, Powerplate’s Cutco’s and SaunaBox’s sole role in the 60XT is that of prize suppliers and that LSKD, Ten Thousand, NOBULL, Oakley, Hyperice, Aion, Haelo, InBody, Garmin, Ultrahuman, Shokz, Powerplate, Cutco and SaunaBox are in no way responsible for the administration of the competition or the selection of winners.
