Which clubs are covered with Renew Active?
Renew Active is offered at all open United States Life Time Athletic Country Club locations.
How do I enroll?
To enroll, you will first verify eligibility through your health insurance provider by calling the 1-800 number on the back of your health insurance card. If you are eligible, your provider will give a 9-digit confirmation number that begins with either an “A” or an “S”. You will bring your ID number and your photo ID to Life Time to get your membership started with our in-club Concierge team.
Do I pay anything to begin my membership?
Through Life Time, your Renew Active membership would be at $0 cost to you. Services such as the LifeSpa, LifeCafe, personal training, Signature Group Training, Reformer Pilates, or other personalized services will be additional costs and separate from your Standard Membership through your provider. If at any time your eligibility ends with Renew Active, Life Time will never switch your membership to a dues-paying membership without your consent.
Do I have to visit Life Time a specific number of times for my membership cost to be covered?
You are not required to visit Life Time a specific amount of times for your monthly membership cost to be covered. However, we’d love to see you at the club as often as possible! With our new ARORA programming, we are confident you will fill your social, health and wellness cup with every visit! If your membership goes unused for 18 months, your membership may be subject to termination. However, you can re-enroll in club with continued proof of eligibility.
Is Beach Club included?
Access to our Beach Club outdoor pool experience is included with RenewActive. This excludes our Sky-Manhattan, NY and River North, IL outdoor pools.
Is a card on file required?
A credit or debit card is required to be on file for any Life Time membership. Upon eligibility through Renew Active, a Standard Life Time Medicare membership will be $0 cost to you. Additional benefits to a card on file allow your card on file to be used as a club tab account, a convenient way to purchase fee-based programming and services, and for in-club purchases in our LifeSpa and LifeCafe.
Can I bring a guest with me with my membership?
Your membership will include 2 guest privileges per month. The same guest is eligible to use a guest privilege once every 60-day period.
Where can I sign up? Why can’t I join online?
Enrollment for Medicare programs is completed in club. Our Concierge team will be happy to assist you in getting your membership started with your 9-digit confirmation ID number. Additionally, our team will assist you in getting your Life Time Digital app set up to maximize your Life Time membership.
What do I need to bring with me to enroll?
To enroll, you will just need your photo ID and your 9-digit confirmation ID number from your health insurance that proves eligibility. Our Member Concierge team will assist you with finalizing your enrollment, taking your membership photo, setting up your online MyLT account and getting you logged in to your Life Time Digital app if you bring your smart phone/device. A card on file will also be required to begin your membership.
Who may I add to my membership?
Medicare programs allow one adult on the membership. Your child/ren and/or grandchild/ren ages 13 or younger may be added to your membership as a Junior for an additional fee assessed by Life Time. Grandchildren ages 3 months to 13 years old may be added to your account with parent/legal guardian approval. Once your Life Time membership is established, we will provide a form for the parent/legal guardian to sign.
If I want to access the Signature Group Training program, do I need to upgrade my membership?
Our Signature Group Training is a popular program at Life Time. For Signature Group Training, you will upgrade $80/month through Life Time.

It looks like you offer Silver&Fit and Silver&Fit Premium. How do I know what specific plan I have?

Are there specific “Silver&Fit Classes” at Life Time?
We do offer classes and programming customized for this group. These classes are a part of our new program at Life Time, ARORA. ARORA is a collection of physical, social and educational activities offered to Life Time members designed to improve strength, mobility, nutrition and social interaction. While we are not limiting access to a specific age group (all are welcomed!), this program was designed specifically with the 55+ community in mind. ARORA features physical activities including Studio Classes, an initial session with a trainer, open play pickleball, and much more. ARORA also features social activities such as coffee club, game clubs and ARORA-specific mixers (coming soon). The program also includes educational activities such as workshops on a variety of topics like the fitness floor, nutrition, Pilates, etc. You can learn more about ARORA and classes here: ARORA | Life Time
Is Beach Club included?

How do I know if I’m eligible?
You can verify eligibility through your health insurance provider by calling the 1-800 number on the back of your health insurance card. Or you can call Tivity directly. If you are eligible, your provider will give a 16-digit Tivity SilverSneakers ID number. To enroll, we ask that you bring this ID number and your photo ID to Life Time.

Are there specific “Silver Sneakers Classes” at Life Time?
We do offer classes and programming customized for this group. These classes are a part of our new program at Life Time, ARORA. ARORA is a collection of physical, social and educational activities offered to Life Time members designed to improve strength, mobility, nutrition and social interaction. While we are not limiting access to a specific age group (all are welcomed!), this program was designed specifically with the 55+ community in mind. ARORA features physical activities including Studio Classes, an initial session with a trainer, open play pickleball, and much more. ARORA also features social activities such as coffee club, game clubs and ARORA-specific mixers (coming soon). Are your trainers certified in Silver Sneakers?
Life Time Personal Trainers are nationally certified and customize programs based on a client’s goals, preferences, and fitness level. Many trainers also have a degree in Kinesiology or Sports Medicine as well as seek additional certifications that support healthy and active aging. Additionally, we’ve hand-selected a group of trainers who are certified to train active, older adults. These trainers have extensive knowledge in common injuries, surgeries, medications and more — all to customize the personal training experience.
How do I enroll?
To enroll, you will need to first confirm your eligibility and collect your 16-digit Tivity SilverSneakers ID through your health insurance provider. Next, you can bring your ID number and your photo ID to Life Time to begin your membership with the assistance of our in-club Concierge team.
Is a card on file required?
A credit or debit card is required to be on file for any Life Time membership. Upon eligibility through Silver Sneakers, a Standard Life Time Medicare membership will be $0 cost to you. Additional benefits to a card on file allow your card on file to be used as a club tab account, a convenient way to purchase fee-based programming and services, and for in-club purchases in our LifeSpa and LifeCafe.
Do I pay anything to begin my membership?
Through Life Time, your Silver Sneakers membership would be at $0 cost to you. Services such as the LifeSpa, LifeCafe, personal training, Signature Group Training, Reformer Pilates, or other personalized services will be additional costs separate from your Standard Membership through your provider. If at any time your eligibility ends with SilverSneakers, Life Time will never automatically switch your membership to a dues-paying membership without your consent.

How do the credits work?
Dependent on your health insurance plan, your provider allots a certain amount of Peerfit credits to your account each month. You will then pend your credits to Life Time on the Peerfit website. You have the option to pend monthly or set to auto-pend each month to Life Time. Once those credits are pended to Life Time, you will receive a Peerfit confirmation ID, at which time you can bring your confirmation ID to the front desk to complete your membership at Life Time.
How do I know how many credits I have?
You will be able to verify your credits through your Peerfit account on the Peerfit website. Please contact PeerFit if you have additional questions on your credits.
What is the monetary value that I need to pend towards utilizing Life Time? Is it location specific?

If I don't use Life Time in a month, will I be reimbursed?

If you do not wish to pend your credits each month automatically or manually, the membership will cancel automatically. You can re-enroll at any time as long as you are eligible.
