What is CTR?
CTR (Core. Tone. Reform) is a 45-minute, full-body reformer workout that builds strength, power, and stability from the core out. This athletic reformer class—exclusive to Signature members—delivers high-energy, music-driven training designed to help you move, feel, and perform better.
Do I need reformer experience?
No experience needed. CTR welcomes all fitness levels, with expert instructors offering real-time coaching and modifications to help you train confidently and safely from your first class.
What should I bring?
Bring sticky socks (required), a water bottle, and a towel. Sticky socks are available for purchase at the club if you need a pair before class.
How is CTR different from Life Time Pilates?
CTR and Life Time Pilates both use reformer training but offer different experiences. CTR is a high-intensity, group-based athletic class included with your Signature membership. Life Time Pilates provides a more individualized approach across multiple apparatuses, available in private or semi-private formats to target specific goals.
