The full aparatus

20 years of pilates

Pilates has been part of Life Time for 20 years. Our instructors bring that experience to every session, helping members build strength, improve mobility, and move better for life.
Joseph Pilates built his method on precision and control. We honor that foundation with the full apparatus the method was built around, teaching every movement with the same intention.
Whatever your age, experience, or fitness level, we have a place for you. Pilates works alongside the way you already train, adding strength, stability, and control to your routine.
Every session is led by an instructor with a Pilates certification, backed by formal education and ample hands-on experience.

Pilates Faqs

Private Pilates is a one-on-one session with an expert instructor, in 25 or 50 minutes. Your instructor watches how you move, directs your focus where it is needed, and adjusts the work as your strength and control grow. Semi-private sessions bring in three to four others for a 50-minute session.

Cost depends on your club location and your instructor, as well as the session length and format you choose. Private and semi-private Pilates are an additional fee on top of dues, and your club can share current fees. Your first session is on us: the Intro to Pilates is complimentary for new members.

Pilates is for everyone, and you don’t need any experience to begin. Every session starts with movements that feel good and build your confidence, then gradually grows as you do. You’ll always be working at a pace that’s right for you.

Start with the complimentary Intro to Pilates, a 50-minute private session for new members. Your instructor introduces the equipment and shows how Pilates can support your mobility and strength goals. No experience is needed.
