Our Membership Concierge team is available Monday to Thursday 9am-7pm & Friday to Sunday 9am-5pm to take you on a tour of the club and answer any questions you have about classes, programs and membership options. 

A One-Day Membership grants you an all-access pass to experience the energy of our community and performers at Life Time. Here are just a few of the things you'll be able to enjoy: luxurious amenities, studio, cycle, and yoga classes, GTX, Alpha, and Ultra Fit Classes, tennis and pickleball court time*, indoor pool access*, and up to two and a half hours of Kids Academy for kids 11 and under*. Please note that amenities and programs may vary by location.

Club access is based on the price point you pay for membership. Connect with a membership consultant to request a list of all Life Time clubs you can access with your new membership. Current members can view a full list of clubs you have access to.

The Beach Club Experience at Life Time includes access to our beautiful outdoor aquatics center, water slides*, expansive lounge area with luxurious seating and a full service bistro. A Beach Club Initiation Fee may be required at specific locations. *not applicable to all locations

Our Standard Membership includes:

• Club access available at select locations (to all clubs at your price and below)
• Amenities: workout floor, studio classes, indoor pools, gyms, child center/Kids Academy with a Junior on membership (amenities vary by location)
• Life Time Digital: virtual training, livestream and on-demand classes, and health and wellness content
• One-hour onboarding session with a Dynamic Personal Trainer for each member age 14+
• One month of group swim lessons when you enroll your junior in recurring lessons (4 complimentary lessons for each child ages 13 and younger)
• $50 off your first purchase of an individual hair, skin, body, or nail treatment in our LifeSpa

Our Signature Membership includes all Standard Membership offerings plus:

• Unlimited Signature Group Training: GTX, Alpha and Ultra Fit
• Early registration for classes, infant care and summer camps
• Access to more clubs
• Complimentary indoor tennis and indoor pickleball court time*
  *Signature Membership court time benefit available at Life Time destinations with indoor tennis and pickleball courts. Signature Membership must be at the price required for access to the selected club.

Need more Life Time? We can help with additional club access and pricing information. A one-time $10 service fee and applicable dues apply for an access upgrade. Send an email to account services or visit the club.

Life Time accepts most major credit and debit cards and collects your membership dues on the 1st of each month. If we are unable to collect your monthly dues on the 1st of the month, we will attempt collection each Monday, Wednesday, and Friday throughout the month.

Junior members aged 11 are permitted to use the fitness floor and free weight area under the direct supervision of a parent, legal guardian, or authorized adult.  Junior members aged 12-13 are permitted to use the fitness floor and free weight area and attend group fitness classes.

We welcome guests and want to ensure a seamless experience when they arrive at the club with you. Invite your guest through the Life Time app by navigating to "My Profile" (upper left) and selecting "Invite a Guest." To accept and utilize the pass, your guest will need to accept the invitation, download the Life Time app and create a free account. The pass will be accessible exclusively through their free Life Time app account.

When not extending a member guest pass, a one-day membership* must be purchased for ages 14 and older. Ages 13 and younger are complimentary with a one-day membership purchase.

Some health insurance providers offer a fitness reimbursement program to eligible members:

A dues-subsidy fitness reimbursement program may be available to eligible members insured by HealthPartners, UCare and PreferredOne. Call the number on the back of your insurance card for eligibility information.

Two adults age 18 or older who can show proof of cohabitation (driver’s license, lease, mortgage, etc.) can be on the same membership.

A parent or legal guardian can add a dependent child ages 3 months through 25 years old to their membership upon payment of applicable add-on and service fees, in addition to monthly dues for each added dependent, and may require proof of cohabitation, familial guardianship, age or residency.

A grandparent can add grandchildren ages 3 months through 13 years old upon completion of the Parent/Guardian Consent Form. The non-member parent can complete the form online or download a printable version to submit to the grandparent(s) local club. Applicable add-on and service fees are due at the time of add-on and monthly Junior dues for each added grandchild will apply.
