Seven days a week, we offer state-of-the-art courts to all Life Time members. That means regulation-size glass backboards, wall-mounted scoreboards and full-service locker rooms.
BasketballAdults (18+)
During adult open swim, lap swimming, water walking, water exercise and social swimming are all permitted. Lane lines will be up in lap pools and leisure pools, where applicable. Adult open swim is for members ages 12+. An adult must accompany children between the ages of 12 – 15 years when lifeguards are not on duty, unless noted below: • In Pennsylvania, an adult must accompany children under the age of 16. • In New Jersey, children between the ages of 12–15 may only swim when there is a lifeguard on duty. • In Minnesota, children between the ages of 12 – 17 may only swim when there is a lifeguard on duty.

Open Play provides a series of set times each week for players to rotate in and out of games and play with different partners. This session is non-instructional for players who understand fundamentals and proper court positioning and can execute a soft and hard game, including in the non-volley zone. Registration is required. Paddles and balls are provided.

Pace; Stillness. A slow, meditative, yin-yoga practice to create greater mobility in your joints while you mindfully stress your body's connective tissues and challenge the calmness of your mind. You will be guided through a sequence of yin poses as you concentrate on your breath.

Lift weights and jam out in this full-body barbell class. You’ll load and reload your barbell throughout class to efficiently target all major muscle groups. Have fun strength training and find your groove with movements that are synced to the beat and each new song will introduce a new muscle group. Weekly drop-in clinics are geared toward improving specific skills (serve, return, drop shot, etc.) and taught by a certified pickleball pro. Registration is required. 24 hour cancellation required.

Infant reservations are required for children 3 months of age until the time that he or she is 11 months AND walking confidently. Reservations can be modified or canceled 2 hours before the reservation. Please contact the Kids Academy if adjustments need to be made after the registration window closes. In consideration of members on waitlists, 3 missed reservations in 30 days or less will temporarily suspend your ability to make a new infant reservation for 7 days. If providing a bottle, contents must be pre-mixed and labeled. Infants must have socks or shoes on their feet. Fun for kids. Easy for parents. Our skilled team members will keep your children engaged in a variety of play, tummy time and more while you enjoy your workout.

Organized hitting sessions with multiple players. A drill may be run on 1 or more courts depending on the type of drill. Strength and grace align in this low-impact strength training barre experience. Movements will focus on enhancing your muscular definition by using dumbbells and resistance bands on and off the barre. You will flex your mind-body connection as you move from working major muscles to intentional isometric movements for a full-body barre burn.

You will use your bike’s console to measure your success for each challenge. Get ready to ride, challenge yourself and achieve results you never thought possible. To fit the dance-club vibe, we’ll darken the room and may use strobes and flashing lights; consult your doctor if you have a photosensitivity disorder or are prone to seizures.

Upper. Lower. Core. Cardio - Get it all in SHRED. This effective circuit-style workout made up of one-minute exercise sets that target all your major muscles. This class is for everyone, whether you are beginner or experienced athlete, SHRED offers scalability to meet your needs.

Pace; Medium. Unlock your mind and body in this fully guided Vinyasa experience. As you synchronize your breath to your movements of yoga poses, your teacher will provide physical cues, guidance and variations. These movements help untie the knots of the body, especially in the bigger muscles of the thighs, glutes and back; that can block the flow of energy. SOL is a perfect blend of Vinyasa and standing postures.

Our innovative adult beginner program makes it possible for anyone to step onto a pickleball court and start playing right away. Play Learn Love is a complimentary, two-session series designed for adults who are new to the sport. Through our interactive approach, you’ll learn the fundamentals of pickleball while enjoying hands-on practice and engaging gameplay. We will emphasize skill development, strategy, and teamwork, ensuring you not only learn quickly but also enjoy the game. Upon completion — when you've fallen in love with the sport — our pickleball pro will help you find the next program that fits your skill level and goals. Paddle and balls provided.
