ANATOMY OF A SESSION

Whatever your goals, you’ll work through a warm-up, the workout, stretching and recovery. It’s not just functional, free weights, cardio or athletics, it's everything combined into a personalized, precisely engineered workout.

Once in that Dynamic Personal Training tile, select the session type you are most interested in doing. From there, you will be prompted to “Book a Session”. From there, you can select a day and time you are looking to book from the calendar and view trainers available at those times. The trainers bios will list their specialties, however they are all wonderful and the best in the business!

Dynamic Personal Training is Life Time’s unique philosophy, which can be applied to any modality of training. Dynamic training is a fully engaged training experience where our trainer provides manual resistance, support, coaching, and cueing to the member creating a physical, mental, and emotional connection in a supportive trainer-client relationship.

At the age of 12, a junior member is welcome to begin Dynamic Personal Training providing their parent is present during the session.
